When choosing a thread color, please name the color family (we have every color of the rainbow!) such as green, yellow-orange, pink etc. and whether you would like for the thread to be light or dark in shade. If you would like for our quilting experts to choose the color that they think would most elevate you quilt, write "You Choose."

Please note that in able to pin onto the longarm quilting machine, backing fabric must be an extra 3 inches on every side compared to the quilt topper. For example, if your quilt top is 85 inches by 108 inches, then your backing fabric must be at least 91 inches by 114 inches. If sending in your own batting, it should be measured in the same way as the backing.
If you would like for us to bind your quilt, please include your binding fabric and indicate on the intake form that you would like for us to do so. We charge 0.20 cents per linear inch to bind your quilt.
If your quilt top and/or backing fabric is directional, be sure to mark the top of each with a pin and a note!
After filling out the form,
pack up your quilt securely with the intake form and send it to:
